Return Policy

• Returns
• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The purchased items must be in their original condition( unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached).
• To initiate a return contact us at info.ntrlground@gmail.com. Include your oder number and reason for the return and we will guide you through the process.
• Refunds
• Once we have received your returned item(s) and verify their conditon, we will process a refund within 3 days.
• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
• Pleas note that shipping fees are non refundable.
• Exclusions
• Please note that all NTRL Ground X products are non returnable unless they are defective upon arrival.
• Return shipping
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
• Customers will be provided with the return address and other information  after contacting us at info.ntrlground@gmail.com.
• Damaged or defective items
• In the rare event that you receive a damage or defective item item please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged items.
• We will asses the situation and provide you with a refund.
• Exchanges
• Due to the business structure of Ntrl Ground we do not accept exchanges. All eligible customers will be given a refund and encouraged to make a new purchase at Ntrl Ground.
